I would say Kim Kardashian. I am upset that Lil Kim ripped off her loyal fans. In my opinion if you say you are going to do something do it. A lot of her fans paid Kimmy Blanco inc. for her Black Friday Mixtape. 3 weeks later she is talking about mailing it out. Mind you, she is also doing a mix tape with a famous dj, in which it will surely be at no cost.
